DistMeasure for iPhone, iPad & iPod touch


This very simple app lets you measure the point-to-point distance between two or more waypoints on a map. It uses online maps so it needs an internet connection.

Tap and hold to set a new waypoint, tap the options icon be able to clear all waypoints and start over.

New in version 1.1.0:

- Added the abillity to remove one waypoint at a time.
- UI improvements.
- Minor bugfixes.

    I do not have a "delete" function on my iPad screen to remove a single waypoint as referecned in the manual. It would be very nice to have this feature available when trying to set waypoints for small distances. I have V2.20 for the ipad.

    Can you add the ability to drag a course or set of waypoints instead of setting each one individually? I realize that would take a lot of work, but try.

    I use the version 3.0.2 on an iphone 4s ios7, I'm getting errors in some measurements nearly 10 meters (for distances of 10, 25 and 40 meters). could be related to the bug that you describe in IOS7, the pro version corrects that?

      Hi Murilo, the pro version is exactly the same as the free version. It just doesn't show any advertising.
      So any error you have in the free version would also show in the pro version.
      But I would like to know what error you see. Are you talking about an accuracy problem? Or do you get an error message?
      Any details you can give will help me solve your problem.

    It doesn't work now on ipad. The maps are not visible. It seems that there is some incompatibility with latest version of ios

    When you clear waypoints does it clear all for all maps saved or just the one you are on. Would like to clear a few saved maps but not all.

    Any chance we can change the units? I’m using imperial. I see my distances as yards. That’s okay for shorter distances. But I’d like to use miles for longer distances. (Yes, I also wish the US would stop using ancient, stupid units of measure.)
